Lol lmao, late but
Thankfully, /gfg/ was 100% set for first place even before we kicked off. Saying that, I'm actually surprised /gfg/ scored 4 goals with 3 medals, one of which was when Jefooty and Junya were completely out of position. My original plan was to bench all the medals minus Jefooty so that no one could get suspended, and so we could get funny goal scorers. I got talked into leaving in our 2 golds right before kickoff so it wouldn't be blatantly throwing. I'm a little sad that /pcrg/ didn't advance, but after hearing they needed to 3-0 or 4-1 us at worst, I wasn't going to tank the team so that a weaker team would advance to knockouts.
Anyhow, our next match is during the Round of 16 next Saturday since we earned a bye for topping our group (and currently all teams in VGL). Thanks for showing up, I hope this shitpost of a match was enjoyable.
