I got to see Dethklok in concert recently and it easily ranks among any other metal concert I've attended. GWAR was more special and personal feeling however.

Consider giving Drinky Crow a watch, it's probably the single hardest to watch visuals out of any Adult Swim show other than maybe Tigtone which is also hilarious and mostly ignored by everyone.
