Actually tried the franziskaner royal for the first time like 2 weeks ago.
Its their dunkelweiss wich translates into dark white beer, basically their usual wheat beer but the cereal have been roasted to make it a darker beer with a stronger taste.
You should try it if you ever find a bottle, its great stuff.
Also new beer, this one is made by a bunch of monks from a monastery in Bamberg.
