Why do you take these "think tank" tards so seriously? They exist purely to launder DoD money on useless "grand strategy analysis" memes. If anything they are bringing the collapse of the dollar closer by making the US gov/fed print so much money in order to spend on defence. They literally thought the US was so powerful in the 1990s that they believed their neoliberal system would end history as we know and their world order would last for eternity.
