It's more nuanced. Yes there is a jew behind every such law, but it is also the UK itself that's doing it on their own behalf. They're afraid of being painted as the loser of the world wars as all of their modern exceptionalism is sourced exclusively from "at least we made the world speak our language", and the dissent against this status quo is in a way directly threatening the integrity of whatever is left of the British Empire, so they believe (rightfully so) that they will become like an island version of Poland or Ukraine if this was to collapse one day, and they see all of these online dissident communities humiliating them and rubbing it in their faces, so as a self-preservation mechanism they just censor everything. It seems as if they're censoring racism or protecting the jewish overlord from the heckin antisemitism, but they're actually protecting themselves.
A good comparison would be Xi censoring the xinnie memes because he thinks that they humiliate and emasculate his regime and pose a security threat to his authoritarian empire. What a Xinnie meme is to China and their firewall, a "you lost the war lmao" is to the UK and their post-war status quo. You don't need jews in the equation to explain why they're insecure.
