The next job you may have is as a manager of some sort, or a position where you'll be in charge of others. Your current outlook is that you only possess temporary successes or earnings at the occupation you're in right now. You feel like you could be doing better. The strength you possess is that you're a mature person who has been able to reach the goals you have set your mind to. Your weakness, however, is that you have not set your mind to the next particular job you're interested in. You're randomly going through options without narrowing down your potential choices. This creates an uncertain outcome in knowing exactly what field you will land in. What you should seek is a managerial job that isn't so structured and gives you some flexibility. Avoiding potential bosses who seem selfish and don't have your best interests in mind is recommended. This goes without saying obviously, so definitely watch out for any sketchy offers or even just the demeanor of the interviewer. Unfortunately the outcome will be having to work with inconsistent and/or unfair people. I guess its to be expected for managerial positions, and you'll have to be able to handle employees to the best of your ability.
