it's hard to find motivation to escape NEETdom when you don't have anything to look forward to in life. i live in the middle of nowhere in some Eastern European retirement town, don't have any friends and haven't had any since middle school, and no places like arcades or cons to go to so i could try to make friends. if i were to work some minimum wage job, my life would be work, followed by rotting away at home, which would make me even more depressed than the life i have right now.
