The identity of that woman is unknown but she is clearly tied to the beginnings of civilization in SOL-3 and her power as well, a curious fact about the comic is that the sequence of destruction of the old world can be seen with our rover with a group of people in SOL-3 these people are technically the first settlers of SOL-3 with all kinds of clothing from Chinese to modern which indicates different ethnicities. in the cinematic sequence of the game before starting it you see a message on the loading screen that also tells you a fact: "sol-3 is the third planet closest to the sun" and from the perspective in the comic where they saw the destruction of the old planet it means that the 4th planet was where they lived

I do not know, that is not spoiled (i think they did not want to give spoilers either) since it is a prologue of a old world war and how they began to experiment, if you look closely fractidus also experiments on humans, there is a theory that the leader of fractidus is actually a "rover", that is, one of the first resonators (an old settler still alive like rover) and it makes sense, since he knows too much about the lament and resontors powers and how to use it to his advantage.
