Yeah idk how I feel about the way the hat sits on the head and the middle page on the book, the flowers definitely feel traced from 3D but 3D tracing isn't that uncommon these days especially for backgrounds. Apart from that looks pretty fine to me, I've had plenty of artists only give me a PNG or a PSD with character/background or multiple PSD versions with only one layer in each, lots of artists don't like giving PSDs, though the claim this is all done in one layer in production is sus, if it was all one layer I would expect it to look painted rather than drawn. Grain effect on the inside of hair for example would be not impossible but just made more difficult than it would need to be if this was all on one layer, artists can be weird with their process preferences though, so who knows
