Cleaned up a few hotspots I noticed when profiling the server, server lag should be significantly reduced from these changes.
Additionally, I rewrote a few sections in relation to mob AI to improve balancing and reduce lag. Report noticeable changes for mob spawning as that's one section that was (almost) completely rewritten and one that I didn't extensively test.
