Hidden MMR is always a thing or they queue sync at the same time. It's best to take a break after your 4th lost instead of rage queuing hoping for a win unless you don't care about that. Also I don't know how your games go but usually when I was in the premade groups we would have 1 person shot calling in chat when to go Mid or kill the big mobs.
