Yes. In fact, the worst sunburn I've EVER gotten was in the middle of winter.
Was skiing in Åre (resort) and the weather was nice and sunny so I was wearing a t-shirt for a couple hours to cool down afterwards.
Problem is, snow us reflective. I got the mother of all sunburns all over my arms, face, neck and hands.
