Yes, obsession with cleanliness is rooted in colonial white supremacy. The view that things that are dirty or "unclean" are not good stems from colonialist tactics used to shame the people they were enslaving.
You can eat with your hands and be perfectly healthy. You can eat off the ground and be perfectly healthy. You can prepare food in kitchens that aren't perfectly sterile and be healthy.
