by the time gen alpha is old enough for their brain rotted asses to be a force in the employment market, gen z will already have suffered a solid decade of stunted career growth thanks to everything that's happened in this country since '08, not the least of which is Boomers choosing to remain in their old careers till they die which blocks everyone else's promotion potential lower on the ladder
consider for a moment that the oldest member of gen Alpha is 15 years old, by the time the average is of age I will be in my 40s. Hoping they are all colossally retarded is not a game plan I can bet my life on.
