dolph lundgren and jet li star as two detectives in san francisco tracking a serial killer that is somehow connected back to an affluent chinese family that owns a string of restaurants in chinatown. jet li has some connection to the family and may be compromised, dolph falls in love with the owners daughter and cant see the trees through the forest.
