I'm with the chinks on this one. MD is the main content and the more gimmicks they focus on it, the better. People ask for nerfs in normals stages because they just want to read the story and go back to the mines. Even challenge runs in MD are more SOVLful because you can plan your routes, premeditate choices and set what goals you want to do (speedruns, damage test and meme builds like teamkill comps). Compare that to the lame normal runs where even content creators admit they mod the game just to minimize RNG and prevent too much resets just so they can showcase their just win clashes solo runs.
