depends on what you define as endgame.
for tower 999 even M6 S ranks with engines struggle from what i hear.
otherwise you can kill anything so long as you dodge/iframe, and piper's got easy dodges in her attack rotation.
M6 lucy is probably worth more for piper because of the special ability, where as spinning extra isn't too useful.
but she's great anyway
