Yes they are really that stupid. They will call pic related a "chicken burger" because it comes on a bun. They think sandwiches are only allowed to be served on sliced bread, so therefore Americans are wrong for calling this a "chicken sandwich" despite the fact that hamburgers are our national food, and the original hamburgers were served on toasted sliced bread before buns became popular.
