this works for me, it does usually take a week or two for it to kick in but when it does my load volume is easily 2-3 times bigger which is pretty nice. hydration is also important obviously but this load stack works. you can find published medical studies around all of those compounds increasing semen volumes and there has also been significant discussion on this topic on thundersplace if you care to read.
that's just for volume though, i have not found any method for specifically making your load thicker. from what i've read it seems to be genetic luck. by edging + hydration + supplementing vitamins you can easily increase your load volume but whether you'll be a hot glue god or a watery sprinkler cummer seems to be luck. either way i think we can all agree that shooting bigger loads is always better so you may as well take the supps and see what happens.
