She gets music pieces (notes on forte) just by herself, with her basic combo + skills and heavies (different combos give different notes).
After you get 6 you cast heavy attack and enter enhanced state, in that state you can cast Liberation without the need for energy. Energy Regen is useless on her.
In her liberation she controls hecate. Hecate has enhanced and basic attacks, you can directly control it and do 2 basic or dodge - 1 enhanced attack or switch to other character.
If you switch, hecate does basics automatically and each echo cast trigger enhanced attack, also Frog's outro commands hecate to do 2 enhanced attacks right away. There are 3 types of enhanced attacks, the type depends on what note is playing at the moment. Each note lasts 4 seconds, you don't spend notes by enhanced attacks, with Cantarella and Roccia you will have 8 and maybe can do 1 or 2 manually before switching.
She also has a self buff called Lingering Notes, she can get up to 48 stacks of it and she gets stacks when enhanced attacks are triggered while off field (and a little at the start of the combat), each stack increases Frog's CRIT DMG and damage from her intro (she has similar nuke intro as Shorekeeper).
