If you think about it this game's actually really unfriendly towards metafagging poor SEAdogs.
A lot of hypercarries (e.g. Therta, Phainon, Saber) can't keep up with HP inflation without their sig which are just portable Harmony unit, and Hatmony units themself are either too frail or too slow to face newer enemies without extra Eidolons or sigs.
It really is better to just stick to a playstyle and invest upwards.
