The tyrannical power of the Kahal extends to the most trivial details of life. For example, it prescribes which business someone may or should operate. It meddles in intimate, domestic relationships, sniffs out each and every one, extinguishes all mental functions, mechanizes and mechanizes the independent life of its subjects.
