Seems a bit strange to me that the Vampire Coast don't have much use for resources. At the moment it feels kind of unsatisfying to take a settlement with resources. I hope the Vampire Coast eventually get an overhaul to address this kind of stuff.

Securing access to a gold mine could raise the recruitment rank of Vampire Fleet Admirals and maybe also Vampire Fleet Captains.
Timber could lower the cost of shipbuilding factionwide.
Maybe iron could make lower the upkeep of units with guns or cannons factionwide.
