There's a phase of the game where after you land 'cashnado' icons on the reels a bunch of dollar bills appear flying around, and you tap to collect them.
These people aren't spinning their reels during the bonus round where the cashnado icons are available to be rolled though. They're just tapping at the background animation while their time runs out.
