That's from chapter 1, where Renako finds out that Kaho is her childhood friend and about to confront her. It isn't a very early scene.
The very early scene would be the prologue where Mai and Renako are talking on the rooftop (this pic). The "I don't even like myself" line is also from Vol. 4 prologue.

Some anime released new trailer for their final arc (i.e. Rock Lady), so they probably withold most vol. 4 content for that trailer.

I think it will go 4 ep for v1, 2 ep for v2, 3 ep for v3, and 3 ep for v4. We already know they only sell 3 BDs and those only have 12 episodes total.
