Sitting up, you grab the tube with both hands and pull it out, Schuler takes an involuntary step forward and raises her hands to attempt to subdue you.

You raise your arm and see the entirety of it is bandaged, with bloody puss staining most of it.

You choke out. You’re just now noticing the bandages covering both arms, your chest, face, goddamn you look like Joshua Graham.

Schuler nods before rushing out of the room.

You grab the clipboard hanging off of your bed, scanning through the different readings and reports. You’re in a bad way, but you’ll live. More than that, you think you’ll be able to get up and move around without permanent damage. Pain has never bothered you before.

Throwing the blanket off, you begin unplugging the many monitors keeping track of your life force. A loud beep fills the room, in response to a heartbeat no longer being picked up.

Another Brotherhood nurse runs in, before screaming and going white with shock.

Throwing your legs off the bed, you mentally prepare yourself. The pain is immense, but it hones your focus on the task at hand.

Looking back up, Schuler enters with Valens trailing.

Schuler: Courier what the fuck are you doing?

All three Brotherhood members look equally shocked and impressed.

Schuler refills the bags on an IV pole, a mix of what seems to be RadAway, Saline, Blood and some other concoction glowing blue that’s all flowing back into your body.
