Okay let me explain this for you speed readers:
BASICALLY
The "1st" loop is not the first official loop of Irontoomb Amphoreus project, merely the first loop of Phainons specific Chrysos Heirs party
But Phainon and Cyrene are the first of the Chrysos Heirs in any loop to completely realise whats going on, and Phainon takes the mantle trying to stop the cycles
At the end of the 3.4 quest, we dont go to the first cycle of Amphoreus, merely to the first cycle in which Phainon was the Deliverer
The previous Chrysos Heirs like Nikador and Polyxia are from the cycle before Phainon was the Deliverer
Every cycle beforehand had different set of the 12 Chrysos Heirs, but because Cyrene basically killed the Flow of Time and Phainon was set on retrieving every coreflame, they managed to make it so every cycle is the same 12 Chrysos Heirs instead of new CH every cycle
