I wouldn't know - I use either Mika or Yun Jin for attack speed, usually in concert with Yelan and one other. I vary the team to match the situation.

I have an Arlecchino at C2 and frankly she is better in a lot of situations, but it does not matter. Yoi is my girl, she hopped into my lap at C2 in 30 pulls during her first banner. How could I not love her? I still periodically do artifact runs for her to make sure she has the best equipment.
