This is from 4:09:06. I remember this, it's from a Utah school walkout to protest furries. Basically a kid accused a furry of scratching him and that prompted parents to pressure the school to ban furries. The school wasn't on board with the weird extreme measure that doesn't address the issue at all and the parents threw a bitchfit which snowballed into the kids getting to walk out.
Look at the signs. They're signalling free speech issues while pressing for exclusion of people or just items of clothing. It's not just nonsense, it's a look into the rightwing mind and it's search for aggrievement, how important it is to find and express that even when it's clearly tangential.
