Because it sounds nice in theory, following the Quran and sunnah alone without blind following interpretation of imams post salaf era. But the thing is the sunnah is not just the hadith alone, it's mainly preserved in the madhabs especially maliki. This makes them think every hadith an albanian with saudi citizenship decided is sahih to be absolute and there's no ikhtilaf possible which is a recipe for disaster. The irony is a lot of who they quote are ash'raris (which are also wrong btw).
