"My Master, if you would entertain the humble opinion of a mere slave-wife like myself, I would suggest that the Mage's Guild has a stranglehold on the Centrian Academy."

"I'd be willing to believe it." You agreed. "Either way, well done. You've done a good thing for me, and I shall consider rewarding you in the future."

"It is my pleasure to be commanded by you, my gallant Master." She smiled. "You know what I like." And the two of you shared a tender kiss.

Yes, you did know what she liked— ear nibbles and getting thoroughly ravished by you at night after you'd treated her like a lady for the entire day. The usual.

Anyway, lunch was had. Herta and Gerty both commented on how they thought there was something more to that elvish girl you saved. Which, honestly, it felt like it was pretty obvious she was a saintess or a princess or some sort of combination of the two.

The subject matter, somehow through the chaos, began to touch on housing. This proved to be an opportunity for both Ruby and Ayane to speak about how they'd found arrangement of houses and apartments and flats to purchase. They both presented you with some lists.

You were impressed by how they were able to sort them out in a certain way.

Choose up to three choices to influence the choices (There will be opportunities to buy from all of these, but this will decide were Ayane's and Ruby's focuses will lie in)

>Economical: The houses were cheaper, though not considerably so. The majority of the options would be less than 3000g, with a few exceptions.
>Spacious: Houses that had more space in them. Whether it was for storing stuff, or just for prestige, the rooms were almost as many as in your mansion and were large enough to hold at least half a dozen people comfortably.
>Location: The homes had a decent location in a good neighborhood. Not all of them were perfect, but Ruby and Ayane tried their best to find ones that both had safe neighborhoods and/or were closer to important parts of the city (such as hospitals, police headquarters, airship dockyards, and so on).
>Insurance: These homes would have excellent insurance plans, at least by Victorian standards. Ayane spoke about a deal in which, if you so choose to follow, you could give the insurance company a small Savant-made artifact once in a while instead of paying gold.
>Business-Oriented: In addition to houses, you could purchase plazas at a reasonable price. This had the idea of renting it out to others.
>Industrial Sector: In addition to houses, you would be given the choice to purchase from an array of a factories in Centria.
>Unmarked Plots: Rather unconventional, but these were plots of land located in the few patches of wilderness in Centria. Ideal if you wanted to build something from scratch.
