Dalle is only used as the name. It also could also be called /v/ai or something. I'm still surprised it still uses this as the name.
Nowdays Dalle is pretty obsolete compared to many better alternatives just like >>715155016 said.
Also needing a vpn for imageFX is a bit sad. I expect it to be censored to hell and back once they figure it out.
Sora and local seem to be the most reasonable ways to gen. Until ms decides to upgrade image-creator/designer.
The only downside from Sora was the daily image limits being very low and forcing to have a sub for more gens.
