I love how a third of the way through the first game when you unlock her MOD3 gear she goes through some “character development” where she starts acting a little less sassy and edgy and becomes a bit more dreamy and romantic. It’s a bit sad seeing her in such a state where the pain she’s hidden for so long creeps to the surface, but it’s what made me want to be by her side and protect her smile
