Not sure, but those seed oils are a son of a bitch.
Completely avoided seed oils for a whole month. Eating only eggs, veg, fruit, milk, seeds, nuts.
Now when I eat something with seed oil, even just a small amount, like a handful of cheezitz, or a small bowl of potato chips, the next morning I feel sick. My saliva is all thick and phelmy, nasal passage feels slighty clogged, like I have the beginning of a cold.

That definetly isn't it. Nearly 50% of my calories come from milk alone. And I don't have bitch tits. Granted, I have been blessed with great genetics. When I wrestled in high school, I had to get doctors notes saying I'm safe to play sports even though my 5% body fat was below the 7% minimum required for males. But these days I'm not anywhere close to that 5%. Probably 15-20% bodyfat, going thru 4 gallons of milk a week, and still no bitch tits.Got a little bit of flab on my stomach, lean as ever every where else.
