I feel really obsessive compulsive about my ribcage, like every twenty minutes I feel like it feels weird, or I get paranoid about it growing, so I have to either check a mirror or measure myself against a wall and just eye the distance to see if it looks alright which gives me a 50/50 whether I have a mental breakdown over it or not. I've already thrown away my measuring tape because I could not stop repeatedly taking my measurements, how can I stop the other behavior
