Can anyone explain what the difference is between these two mods? An anon posted his Banshee build a few days ago and I'm trying to copy it to give it a try, but I noticed that he uses Maglev even though it's more costly than Streamlined Form, which would require me investing more forma. Was wondering if there was an unlisted difference or if this is just another case of DE being retarded.
