not really
you're going to have to do way worse than that, and only after restoring the death penalty for adultery, in order to re-establish the deterrent effect necessary to have rule of law again

nope, it's evolved natural selection all stemming from the fact that women suffer essentially 100% of the pain and risk of the entire childbearing process, so even before anything about genetics was knows beyond "strongest man have strongest children" the women who chose to become single moms with the strongest Chads ended up more reproductively successful by not killing their own children in the short run, even if all the children having the same father led to inbreeding generations later
only imaginary social constructs like The Ten Commandments can do the only thing imaginary social constructs can do: alter human behavior in any way imaginable, including suicidal, homicidal, and genocidal ways
or, in the case of the Seventh Commandment, to alter human behavior to kill adulterers, causing women to force each other into their looksmatch lanes and stay there, to protect their precious Chads if nothing else

enforce the Seventh Commandment
it's the only thing that can work, which is why liberals intent on destroying civilization will fight to the bitter end to keep anyone from doing it

people have been recording the reasons for the fall of empires since the Peloponnesian War
it's clear as day to everyone, has been for over 100 years, yet even the most obvious 2 + 2 = 4 equation will still be ignored by the people who cause the collapse every time

only way to keep women from giving in to their natural urge to cheat was to enforce the Seventh Commandment with public ececutions straight out of The Scarlet Letter
history has proven it the only thing that can ever do this, too
