I'm going to take the man's word over a bunch of /v/irigins. The purpose of PH was to punish James and make him face the reality of his consequences. Him tearing through Silent Hill's monsters, especially Maria, was getting James to wake up. There was no reason to paint that moment as rape, otherwise how come he didn't do the same to Maria?
