But Wakamo isn't a mouryo as far as we know, and she doesn't switch her masks based on her current mood. The loading screen and the existence of her swimsuit alt suggests she picks masks based on her outfit. Her mood when wearing both is still "rage" despite being different masks.

That sounds like it's another character. Wakamo doesn't seem to care about battling or dueling, just spreading destruction.
