It's really fucking brutal. Arms will have -zero- single target if specced into AOE, and -zero- AOE if specced into single target. That makes it bad in both cases for both raiding and M+.
Some classes don't have to sacrifice either, some can handle both fairly well, but Arms has to chop off either it's left hand or right hand. It is super brutal.
