I don’t think it will be a bad game. It’s already clear that the game is good.
I think it will be completely different from what I expect, and the further development of the story will personally disappoint me greatly. The ideas and message that Toby decides to convey won’t resonate with me and will instead cause rejection.
This has been the case with almost every story-driven game lately. And the actual likelihood of such outcomes is only about 2-5%.
