They will use drugs in front of police cars patrolling the streets kek.. they don't even bother to arrest them because you can't help these people, they're beyond fucked. But it's only in a shitty part of town I've visited recently, most hookers aren't like that. And yes "that fent shit is crazy strong" especially when you smoke the stickers, I think the high is extremely stronger but it doesn't last as much and they need a new hit very soon. But somehow it's less deadly than using needles because you're not fucking up your veins and arteries so you won't need to have your arms/legs amputated eventually or whatever.
