I don't understand the appeal of this game
The play is pretty boring, it's just le subversive writing (oooh look im a milennial and i grew up watching lain and NGE and steins;gate and madoka and i read all of homestuck twice now look at me SUBVERTING your expectations woooooooo im so creative -toby fox) and stupid teen drama with furries
Undertale and undertale yellow were KIND OF fun because of the difficulty of the genocide routes and the really creative mini bullet hell segments. But even then, there was too much grinding for "le meta theme" to work out. It would have been a lot better to have a more pure bullet hell experience with less furry drama but what the fuck do I know, I'm straight, dont want to be or fuck an animal, and therefore squarely out of toby's audience.
