I played it for about 20 hours and I absolutely loving it on the first two days, but once all the flaws start settling in I just lost motivation and moved on and play something else.

A lot of people are complaining about the low TTK but personally I don't think that is an issue. Low TTK can also works on your favor so it's fair game for everyone. I think the problem is the whole package of low TTK + third person cheese meaning that everytime you hear footsteps you just hug a wall and wait, and whoever leave cover first simply gets laser beamed to death in 0.3 seconds and immediately fucking dies and is throwing the game for everyone on their squad.

4 player squad is also a cancerous formula setting up for the absolute domination of 4 sweatys pre-made squads over solo players, and if you play solo in this game you're just fucked and have absolutely no chance to win any 4v4 pvp because I guaranteed you some randos on your squad with a broken keyboard will just hold down w and dies and now it's 2v4 for you.

Server is also a big issue. There're only 3 seconds and they're all trash. I can either play on Asia with 120 ping, or Europe or NA with 200 ping.

Guns are imbalanced as fuck. No point picking up any SMG when AR are just better overall. All you need is find a gladiator AR and you can just hold down the left mouse button and laser beam everyone to death in any range. Everyone who has more than 10 hours of playtime in this early alpha are only using gladiator because that's really all you need.

Characters also need some balancing. There's no reason to play anyone but the furry suit dude, furry dude, nurse girl, rabbit girl or water girl.
