Have any of you guys actually held a job or worked with a female in your lives?

I'm at hiring/management level.
Sure some women are useless, others are drama queens or bitches, and most don't work like men.
A lot of women do get real work done. Also they get paid less and are less likely to ask for rises, ask for promotions, or leave for another job than men. Sure they have more time off situations but just don't pay them after they run out of sick/vacay days.
Sure feels like it's just incel losers being upset at the success of "lesser" women.
