Israel can't stage a false-flag operation that creates a situation where it looks like some Gazans manage to plant explosives or whatever, blowing out holes in the border fortifications between Rafah/Southern Gaza and Egypt, thus causing a stampede south into the Sinai Peninsula for the Gazans?
