help me figure out if this is an enhanced bug or just normal vanilla behaviour.

Let's say you go artifact hunting on Zaton and strip the map of every artifact you can get. Right after that you go off to Jupiter and some time later an emission happens. Then you go back to Zaton and you find it remains empty of artifacts since you last were there, and they will not reappear until an emission happens in the map you're at.

I was under the impression that an emission happening, no matter where, would "refill" or "reset" the artifacts on every map but now I have doubts. Which one is the correct behaviour?
