Apologies, passed out for a bit.

As you look around, you point out, “The ring is full of life even with the Tree of Might planted here, that’s odd. There’s so little sign of it actually drawing energy, nutrients, life from this megastructure. There’s no telling what Towa or her allies might be doing, could be something with the fruits, but clearly there’s more to this than we expected. There could easily be some precautionary measures in place, so let’s try to get to the bottom of this ring’s purpose first before trying to tackle the main objective of the tree itself.”
“Reasonable.” Keli agrees. “I don’t like how this feels, truth be told. It’s… eerie. There’s some form of Magic being used here but what exactly it is, I can’t quite tell…”
“There is more of a concentration of negative energy in this structure too.” Melee adds. “Still, any answers will likely be located elsewhere.”
Glorio nods, getting out a tarp to try to camouflage the ship. “Fair enough. Let’s be on the move then.”
You hide your Ki as best you can and get a move on, heading down a mountain path, watching carefully for any sign of patrols or the like. Still plenty of animal life around, you watch as some leaf-like bugs crawl across a branch, six-legged rabbit-like animals with spiraling horns, flying animals that look like a cross between cats and bats moving from tree to tree chasing after smaller creatures that look like some mashup of rats and bees, even a large and spiky octopus-like animal slowly crawling across the ground slowly with powerful arms. They might seem odd to you, but their Ki is more or less normal, at least as far as demon realm creatures go.
Eventually you do sense a patrol start to cross your way as you head toward the castle, with you all trying to duck away from them before you alarm anyone, each of you picking different spots to hide. The armored soldiers thankfully don’t take notice of you hiding in a small crevice, even as a curious little mole critter pokes its head out of the dirt and stares at you curiously. Aww. It’s kinda cute. Keli stays up in a tree with Melee, while Glorio tries to hide in a structure that… you think looks like some Namekian home, but long abandoned and covered by moss. You all also catch wind of the soldiers’ conversation if you listen carefully enough.
