Stalker 2 looks like one of those super modded games
There's almost no global illumination, so even in the daytime it's dark as fuck
The original Stalker games has much better looking and more advanced lighting combining global illumination and dynamic shadows
You can even see it in your screenshot, instead of reasonable shadows you have an all consuming void
And UE5 has nothing to do with it, it can have very good lighting like Fortnite for example, stalker 2 was just made by a bunch of kids with no experience whatsoever
