Well I failed Spanish class in high school and learned a total of maybe 5 sayings. I also took some Duolingo classes on Japanese and don't remember anything from that. So I dunno? Maybe I'm trilingual?

No, you're not understanding me. I know what the OP pic is saying and I know how bills pass. What I'm saying is referencing the House voting on it, then claiming it passed by just saying it passed isn't conclusive that it passed, especially when the post in reference just said the House was voting on it. Here, I'll do this again since you seem a little slow.
